Ripple Effects Resources develops videos for Human Resources training programs. Our workshop leader is Dr. Aaron Thompson, who is a sociologist specializing in gender and race relations. We produce videos on the topics of diversity, racial profiling, sexual harassment, ethics, leadership, strategic planning, conflict resolution, career development, communication skills, attitude, coaching & mentoring, creativity, drug/substance abuse, goal-setting, motivation, management/supervision skills, and retention.
We are also capable of producing other topics needed by your organization. We customize our products to fit the needs of your agency. The various audiences we currently focus on are law enforcement, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, the workplace and other audiences in general. In addition to the above, we provide icebreaker videos as a lead-in to your training sessions. In addition, Dr. Thompson frequently gives workshops on site. Please note that all topics presented in Dr. Thompson's workshops are applicable to all locations. They are not specific to any one state's (or country's, county's, etc.) set of laws.
